We assist clients in protecting their trade marks through a wide range of services, including checking for availability of a mark, filing and prosecuting applications for registration, filing oppositions and cancellation proceedings, renewals, preparing and recording license and assignment agreements, and enforcing trade mark rights by sending cease & desist notices and initiating legal actions for infringement and passing off.

We can respond to provisional refusals in Madrid Protocol applications held by foreign companies, and are managing the Indian trade mark portfolios of several foreign companies in India. We can also coordinate the registration and enforcement of an Indian client’s trade mark in other countries, and are managing their foreign trade mark portfolios.
